SHU FROM YUNNAN has teamed up with ZZZ's, a leading coffee brand from China, to bring a unique pop-up experience to four cafés in Barcelona. This collaboration combines the strengths of both brands to promote Yunnan coffee and culture, introducing the rich flavors of Yunnan through creative partnerships with local coffee shops.
For this pop-up series, SHU FROM YUNNAN provided our signature Yunnan coffee beans, Tamarind Delight, a special anaerobic processed coffee that forms the basis of our unique "One Bean, Three Drinks" concept. This innovative offering highlights the versatility of our coffee, offering visitors a range of drinks crafted from a single bean.
Meanwhile, ZZZ's supported the pop-up events with their expert barista, Jojo, coffee brewing techniques, and conceptual guidance, ensuring that each coffee experience was crafted to perfection. Their deep expertise in coffee preparation and their strong connections with Yunnan’s coffee-growing regions made them the perfect partner for this cultural and coffee journey.
The pop-up events took place at four carefully selected cafés, each with its own distinctive vibe:

Niwa Cafeteria: A Japanese-style café that has long been serving SHU FROM YUNNAN coffee beans. Known for their skill in bringing out the best flavors of every coffee, Niwa Cafeteria created a welcoming atmosphere for this cultural coffee experience.

Lulu & Flyn: An all-female-run café and brunch spot that regularly hosts trendy events. Lulu & Flyn’s bold and creative approach to coffee made them an ideal partner for this pop-up series, combining fashion, fun, and quality coffee.

Maison Coffee: An Asian-inspired café known for its wide variety of coffee specials and impressive latte art. Maison Coffee brought their artistic flair to the Yunnan beans, offering visually stunning drinks that captivated attendees.

Anapana Café: A cozy community favorite with five-star reviews on Google, Anapana Café has become a local star since opening. Their warm atmosphere and dedication to quality coffee made them the perfect spot to wrap up this exciting series.
Through this collaboration, SHU FROM YUNNAN and ZZZ's not only shared the exceptional flavors of Yunnan coffee but also brought Yunnan’s cultural richness to Barcelona. This pop-up series was a first-of-its-kind in Spain, offering a rare opportunity to experience Yunnan’s coffee culture in an interactive, creative setting.
