Born and raised in Yunnan, China, a region renowned for its exceptional coffee and beautiful flower plantations, I was fortunate to be immersed in a vibrant culture and rich culinary tradition. However, living abroad in a foreign country often left me longing for the comforting flavors of home. As a coffee lover, I particularly missed the unique taste of Yunnan coffee - a bittersweet blend of rich, earthy notes and subtle floral accents. Despite producing high-quality coffee for major brands, Yunnan's name remains largely unknown to the wider world.
Determined to share the beauty of Yunnan coffee with others, I began introducing my friends and classmates to this special variety. To my delight, they all loved the floral notes and smooth flavor of Yunnan coffee, despite having never tasted anything like it before. This experience sparked my passion to bring Yunnan coffee to a global audience, and to give people the opportunity to enjoy its exceptional taste with ease.
Using advanced freeze-drying and cold-extraction techniques, we are able to preserve the natural, original flavors of Yunnan cold brew, no matter where in the world it is enjoyed. It has been a challenging journey, but one that is deeply rewarding as we share the unique tastes and traditions of my hometown with the world.
