Brewing Guide:

1. Open: Tear along the top perforated line of the drip bag.

2. Mount: Pull out the hangers and secure firmly over your cup.

3. Bloom: Pour 30ml hot water (90°C–93°C / 194°F–200°F) and wait 30 seconds to let the coffee bloom.

4. Pour: Slowly add hot water in 2–3 circular pours until reaching ~150ml–180ml.

5. Enjoy: Remove bag and enjoy fresh Yunnan specialty coffee.
